- Working with 250 Community Health Volunteers in informal
settlements to implement Community Led Total Sanitation
(CLTS). Assessment reports showed reduced open defeacation. - So far, LHI has planted a total of 530 trees in Nairobi, Kisii, and
Nyamira Counties in collaboration with partners. - Conducting public health assessments and issuing
recommendations on pit latrines in 35 schools in Nairobi, Nyamira,
Kisii, and Uasin Gishu Counties. - Participated in World Cleanup Day 2019 and organised mini-
community clean up sessions
