ABOUT US
For over 2 years, the Live Healthy Initiative (LHI) has been supporting healthy lifestyles by implementing policies and programs to create sustainable changes in Kenya’s communities, schools and workplaces. Launched in 2014, LHI is a statewide effort focused on reducing incidences of lifestyle diseases : Cancer, Diabetes, Heart diseases and hypertension. LHI has made significant strides in helping community lead healthy lives and has been recognized for its success as a comprehensive public sector prevention program.
